Hope to add the actual price registration inquiry function

Recently, I've been looking at properties and found the AI search in Ricacorp really convenient!
However, I often need to check the actual price to understand the market, but it seems that there is no such function at the moment.
For example, I want to know the price range of recently sold 2-3 bedrooms in Daan District, or the price trend in Xinyi District. It would be great if I can check this information directly from Ricacorp, and preferably, it can also tell me the price distribution and trend analysis of the transactions in that area, and then recommend some projects that fit my budget, so I don't have to open other websites to check the actual price of the registration.
